These Terms & Conditions govern your use of solvengrowth.com and the services provided by Solven Growth (ABN 59 267 733 267) ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website, submitting a form, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide enrolment and occupancy growth services to childcare centres, including demand generation, enquiry response systems, tour scheduling infrastructure, follow-up sequences, reporting, and related consulting. The specific services for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in on our website, you consent to receive text messages from Solven Growth including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages about your enquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Bookings & Communications
Booking a call through this website schedules a free consultation and does not create a service agreement. We may contact you by phone, SMS, or email to confirm, remind, reschedule, or follow up on your booking. You may cancel or reschedule at any time using the links provided or by contacting us.
5. Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms for services are set out in each client's written agreement. Where a performance guarantee applies, its conditions are also set out in that written agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and materials such as The Enrolment Engine OS and The Full-Centre Playbook names and structures, is the property of Solven Growth and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Systems installed in a client's accounts under a Build & Release engagement are governed by the ownership terms of that client's written agreement.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions and the client's own operations; except as expressly set out in a written agreement, we do not warrant specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies, our liability is limited in accordance with the client's written agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
